Expand your dance vocabulary by learning a large variety of basic movements that you can use across the ‘colour spectrum’ to a variety of music genres, and move with more options. This module will give you more choices when you dance.

Put It All Together

Finally, you’ll learn how to stick these moves together into playful 'sequences' that you create. Turn any dance floor into a game by going from one move to the next, even as the music genre changes. Feel more comfortable and have more fun!

Begin your journey with the one week fundamentals module. Learn how to use Colourform to more comfortably and naturally respond to music, and gain a better understanding of your own body. This module will give you more structure when you dance.

Finally, you’ll learn how to move with contrast and expression as you creatively play with your own sequences. This module is where you harness your dance identity, and why you’ll never feel uncomfortable on a dance floor again.
